Yes, they are! Kind Kulture is also in compliance with all federal (including DEA) guidance regarding hemp-derived CBD and THC. Our THC and CBD is entirely natural within the hemp plant and is not synthetically created or obtained. Transparency is our mission. We want to end the stigma associated with THC and promote the health benefits that come along with it. Our products list all the ingredients in our blends, as well as the actual effects you will encounter with each one. That way you can spend less time worrying about the experience, and more time enjoying it.
Similar to the effects of alcohol, you can either experience more of an “upper” or “downer” feeling, depending on the blend. Some people consume THC recreationally, while others use it for mental health benefits such as sleeping, anxiety, etc. They give you that feel-good buzz without the hangover!

Delta-9 is a cannabinoid, legal in Iowa. Why is it legal in Iowa? It’s hemp-based and can only be taken under a certain dosage with no more than .3% THC per dry weight.
